Direct
products
are
warranted
for
3
years
or
1000
hours,
whichever
comes
first
from
defects
in
material
and
workmanship
for
its
intended
use.
The
Warranty
starts
from
your
shipment
arrival
date
from
us
or
one
of
our
approved
resellers,
and
is
transferable
to
subsequent
purchasers
only
in
California.
We
reserve
the
right
to
deny
warranty
claims
when,
in
our
sole
but
reasonable
determination,
we
conclude
that
the
cause
of
the
primary
failure
was
due
to
misuse
and
neglect
(including
but
not
limited
to
flood,
sand
and
debris
filled,
impact
with
vehicle
or
heavy
object,
etc). This warranty is applicable only to the items purchased.
We
disclaim
any
responsibility
for
loss
of
time
or
use
of
the
product,
transportation,
commercial
loss,
or
any
other
incidental
or
consequential
damage.
Any
implied
warranties
are
limited
to
the
duration
of
this
written
limited
warranty.
We
will
either
repair
or
replace
with
like-kind
unit,
or
issue
a
refund
based
on
the
pro-rata
remaining
term
of
the
warranty
period,
within
30
days
of
receipt
of
the
unit
or
goods.
We
will
pay
shipping
costs
within
the
continental
48
states
to
and
back
from
our
repair
facility
if
you
call
first
to
get
a pre-paid shipping label sent to you by us.
This warranty and return policy is subject to revision. Please print
this page out at time of purchase and keep a copy for your records.
Please note we do not offer a 3rd party warranty for any product
we do not manufacture or modify.

Step 3: We will issue a refund to your credit card.

purchase
amount,

15%
testing,
re-
packaging
and
restocking
fee,
within

days
(inspection
and
testing

receipt
back
of
the
item.
Refunds
will
only
be
made
by
crediting
back funds to the original credit or debit card used.

service
for
any

we
modify
or
manufacture
at
our
main
factory
provided
parts
are
still
available
from
the

SHIPPING NOTE: ALL UNITS SHIPPED BACK TO US MUST, BY
LAW AND FOR SAFETY, HAVE ALL THE FUEL DRAINED FROM
THE TANK AND FLOAT (see manual for float drain, or turn gasoline
off and run unit until it stops). Shipping cost to our factory in
Massachusetts to be paid by customer.
NOTES: This conversion is not yet CARB certified for use in
California. Unit must be in good working order before sending in for
conversion. WE WARRANTY OUR CONVERSION FOR UP TO 2
YEARS OR 1000HRS. We reserve the right to send-back units that
do not qualify for our conversion due to prior damage, alterations,
missing parts or other, but will provide a full refund minus the cost of
return shipping and handling. We will ship your unit back to you in
approximately 2 weeks or less.
Returns not accepted on conversion installations but all of our
conversion are fully reversible. Please ask for your removed parts
at time of order and we would be glad to include them with your
unit.
